The outgoing administration of President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris pumped huge sums of taxpayer money into false propaganda to persuade the public to comply with the government’s pandemic agenda.
The Biden-Harris admin’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) spent $1 billion in taxpayer cash on the scheme.
The spending was revealed in a report from the U.S. House of Representatives.
According to the report, the Biden-Harris admin spent the money on a scheme to propagandize the country into wearing masks and getting vaccinated and “boosted” with Covid mRNA injections.
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, President Donald Trump’s nominee to lead the National Institute of Health (NIH), blasted the Biden-Harris admin over the scheme.
“If a pharma company had run the campaign, it would have been fined out of existence,” Bhattacharya noted.
To lead the propaganda campaign, HHS hired a public relations (PR) firm called the Fors Marsh Group (FMG).
The campaign’s primary goal was to maximize mRNA “vaccine” uptake by pushing false fearmongering claims about the mortality risk of COVID-19.
The report shows that HHS sought to downplay the lack of evidence that the “vaccines” were effective in stopping transmission of the virus.
“Based on reports shared with the Committee, FMG spent an average of over $20 million per month for the design and execution of the Campaign,” the report states.
“In its proposal for the task order, the company asserted that it could benefit ASPA by using a strategic mix of paid and earned media with exclusive radio partnerships, research-based messaging, and reinforced messaging from trusted influencers, celebrities, and sports figures.”
“FMG’s Campaign strategies were grounded in several theories of behavior change and communication, ‘with the expectation that exposure to Campaign messages prompts change in cognitions antecedent to Campaign-targeted behavior.’
“The health belief model, used by the Campaign, posits that ‘a person’s belief in a personal threat of an illness or disease together with a person’s belief in the effectiveness of the recommended health behavior or action will predict the likelihood the person will adopt the behavior.’”
According to the report, FMG sought to stoke fears in the general public about the virus to force compliance with the “vaccine” and mask agenda.
The Biden-Harris admin then used this control over the general population to usher in the “pandemic” response measures.
The report reveals that FMG relied on the intentionally faulty “science” being disseminated by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
At the time, the CDC was under the control of Dr. Rochelle Walensky.
Her husband, Dr. Loren Walensky, took in millions of dollars in “grant” money from pharmaceutical companies to push their “vaccines” onto the public.

“The report details the CDC’s mask flip-flopping through the years.
“It’s especially infuriating to recall the CDC’s weird, anti-scientific, anti-human focus on masking toddlers with cloth masks into 2022.
“President Biden’s Covid advisor Ashish K. Jha waited until Dec. 2022 (right after leaving government service) to tell the country that ‘[t]here is no study in the world that shows that masks work that well.’
“What took him so long?
“In 2021, former CDC director, Rochelle Walensky rewrote CDC guidance on social distancing at the behest of the national teachers’ union, guaranteeing that schools would remain closed to in-person learning for many months.”
Meanwhile, an alarming batch of explosive unsealed documents has revealed that the CDC has been aware that Covid mRNA “vaccines” caused surges in deadly heart failure since the injections were first rolled out for public use.
Official U.S. government documents were unsealed last month and revealed that top CDC officials were aware that Covid mRNA shots triggered potentially fatal heart damage in recipients from as early as February 28, 2021.
During the “vaccine” campaign, Biden administration agencies, including the CDC, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the NIH, and foreign groups such as the World Health Organization (WHO), all told the public that the mRNA injections were “safe and effective.”
However, newly unsealed documents, obtained by the Children’s Health Defense via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, show that top Biden admin officials knew that the “vaccines” caused deadly heart failure in recipients.
The docs show that Israel’s Ministry of Health had alerted the CDC about skyrocketing cases of myocarditis among people who had received Covid mRNA injections.
As Slay News has reported, myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle (myocardium) and it is a known side effect of the Covid shots.
The inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood around the body.
Myocarditis can lead to cardiac arrest, stroke, blood clots, and ultimately sudden death.
It is often described as a “silent killer” or a “ticking time bomb” as most people who suffer from myocarditis are unaware that they have it until they experience symptoms such as critical heart failure.
The FOIA unsealed documents also include emails between top officials at U.S. public health agencies showing that Israel’s Ministry of Health contacted them about myocarditis related to the shots as early as Feb. 28, 2021.
However, rather than act on the information, top officials chose to cover it up and continue pushing the “vaccines” onto the public.
