This will allow the government to withhold pensions and social security based on the data from your bank account. The excuse for this new legislation is to “prevent fraud,” however this is being brought forward at the same time as the rollout of digital ID wallets in the UK as well as CBDCs. This isn’t a coincidence. Alongside the insane new levels of centralization online as well as censorship, this isn’t going to end well for Brits.
