Alex Pretti was never detained or under arrest. After ICE violently pushed the lady down to the ground with both hands to the chest Alex went to help the lady and extended his arms in manner consistent with someone saying calm down. The agent then pepper sprays Alex and just keeps dumping the entire can into him even as he kneels down. Then the ICE agent begins beating him with the pepper spray can. The other agents pile on and all just start savagely beating Alex. There is no attempt to grab his hand and handcuff him or detain him. It’s just a beat down
