I hope people realize that Biden is not in charge. Not even of himself. During the “Hunger Games” inauguration he probably was not even aware of what was going on. He is just the puppet being told what to say and do. For example, when he is approaching Marines at a doorway he does not even salute them. He says, out loud, “salute the Marines”! Whoever was talking to him, in his earpiece, said to Biden “salute the Marines” meaning for him to salute them. Brain dead Biden thinks that he is supposed to say that and then says it out loud.
