I want you to think about something. If you, or me, were overheard or recorded plotting the possible murder of another human being would we simply get a slap on the wrist or be “asked” to resign our job? NO. We would be raided by S.W.A.T. officers, thrown into a cell and be put through the ringer. Well, if you are a government official, be it local, state, or federal, you simply get “asked” to resign.
On March 6, 2023, in McCurtain County Oklahoma, Sheriff Kevin Clardy, Captain Alicia Manning, Larry Hendrix (jail administrator) and County Commissioner Mark Jennings were recorded plotting the possible murder and burial of Chris Willingham and Bruce Willingham who work for the McCurtain Gazette News.
In the recording, you can hear them say things such as:
“Jennings: “I know where two big deep holes are here if you ever need them.“
Sheriff: “I’ve got an excavator.“
Jennings: “Well, these are already pre-dug.“
The conversation goes on to even refer back to “the old days” when they could “hang a black man”.
The fact that this sheriff is taking part in this conversation shows that those with a badge and “authority” can be corrupt. These are the kinds of conversations that government officials have about the public everyday, when they think that they are not being recorded. These local officials should be prosecuted for conspiring to commit murder.
