Largest state GOP party officially says Joe Biden stole election.

The Texas State Republican Convention passed a resolution this weekend, declaring, “President Joseph Robinnette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States.”

Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza noted that his recent documentary “2000 Mules” was screened at the convention prior to the resolution passing.

On Saturday, Republican Party of Texas Chairman Matt Rinaldi said, “Texas Republicans rightly have no faith in the 2020 election results and we don’t care how many times the elites tell us we have to. The Texas Republican Party is raising record funds for election integrity, and we’ve made election integrity a top priority to ensure Texas never goes the way of Pennsylvania, Georgia, or Arizona. We refuse to let Democrats rig the elections in 2022 or 2024.”

The largest state Republican Party in the country also voted on a measure calling for “equal protection for the Preborn.”

“We urge lawmakers to enact legislation to abolish abortion by immediately securing the right to life and equal protection of the laws to all preborn children from the moment of fertilization, because abortion violates the US Constitution by denying such persons the equal protection of the law,” the resolution states.

Under the proposal, Texas students would be required “to learn about the humanity of the preborn child.”

The Texas GOP also adopted a platform opposing “efforts to validate transgender identity.”

The resolution passed defines gender identity disorder as “a genuine and extremely rare mental health condition” and requires official documents to adhere to “biological gender.”

The platform also calls for civil penalties and monetary compensation to be rewarded to “de-transitioners” who sue for medical malpractice.

Senator John Cornyn was booed loudly at the convention on Friday as he pitched a resolution promoting “red flag” gun laws, and had his anti-gun legislation proposal turned down by the convention.

Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw was called out Saturday for his support of “red flag” gun laws.

The Texas GOP also hopes to amend the U.S. Constitution in order to ensure the number of Supreme Court Justices remains at nine and to repeal federal income taxes.

Other issues the Texas GOP will focus on this election cycle will be opposing the Biden administration’s “California-style, anti-driver policies,” outlawing the forced closure of businesses as seen during Covid, and abolishing the Federal Reserve.
