When law enforcers destroy an individuals property they get away with it. Each officer is not held monetarily responsible. The individual is left to their own accord to fix the havoc that was waged against their property. Does this sound logical? I would argue that if the officers had to pay for all damages out of their own pocket then there would be a lot less damage done to individuals property across America.
