This is what they do. He will be found not guilty (as he should). They charge things they know won’t win, just for show/kicks/ego/political motivation. If they actually wanted to charge him with something that would stick, a simple trespassing charge would do. It’s private property, he was asked to leave, he didn’t. Simple but not showy enough and they don’t actually want to find him guilty. They want a news cycle.
