In this interview, I sit down with Lauren Rodriguez, wife of Keonne Rodriguez, the CEO of Samourai Wallet, to discuss the pre-dawn FBI raid on their home, the legal case against Keonne, and the broader fight over financial privacy.
Lauren describes waking up to their home surrounded by heavily armed agents, an armored MRAP-style vehicle on the lawn, drones, rifles, laser sights, and what she says felt like an overwhelming show of force against a nonviolent software developer with no criminal record.
