Back in 1992, during the L.A. riots, there were some Korean shop owners that took a stand and defended their stores. They did not depend on law enforcement or government to guard their property. We know that slogan “when seconds count, the police are minutes away“. These shop owners were being self reliant and not being in the typical sheeple mindset. It’s important to also note that the news media back then was not ridiculing them for protecting their property with the show of arms.
