‘Dark Winter’ was a term that became extremely prevalent in the legacy media last year.
It is also the name of a bio-terrorism simulation conducted in June 2001 by Johns Hopkins University. The coincidences only get stranger from there. Especially baring in mind Bill Gates’ recent comments on smallpox terror attacks and ‘germ games’.
