On March 2, 2021 Texas Governor Gregg Abbott announced that he was “allowing” all businesses to open on March 10, 2021 with no restrictions. He also stated that he was “lifting” the “mask mandate”. So, before everyone starts applauding this, think about it for a minute. Essentially what Greg Abbott is saying is that he is suddenly making freedom legal. He took away peoples inalienable rights, that he did not have the authority to do in the first place, and now he acts like he is doing everyone a favor by giving the rights back? Don’t bow to this and lick his feet. You could have been living your life, enjoying your God given freedom all along.
