Today’s law enforcement already have qualified immunity which makes them think that they can trample on Americans constitutional rights. Brian, from “Here’s The Deal”, brought up something that Trump just recently proclaimed. Trump stated that he would indemnify American law enforcement against liabilities.
Do you want a “police state”? Well this would definitely pave the way for that. This would allow law enforcers to basically do whatever they want, with no worry of anything happening to them for their actions.
