Cody discusses a gag order that was issued to prevent him from talking about the alleged tax evasion case.
He sees this as a violation of his First Amendment right to freedom of speech.
The gag order would prohibit him from making any pre-trial extrajudicial statements on social media and from monetizing the prosecution.
He believes the state wants him to stop talking because of his large influence and potential to bias the jury.
He has a court date for the gag order on Monday, December 8th at 9:00 a.m. at the Williamson Circuit Criminal Court.
He was arrested for alleged tax evasion totaling $27,000 in sales tax on his Ferrari F8.
The investigation began several years ago with an anonymous tip about him registering vehicles in Montana while residing in Tennessee.
