Then I walk through what the Fourth Amendment actually says, and what it looks like in 2026, when flock cameras, AI driver monitoring systems, facial recognition body cameras, and Palantir’s algorithms have effectively shredded it.
The Constitution is not being eroded. It is being actively dismantled by the same big tech companies building the data center infrastructure we covered with the full blessing of our political leadership on both sides of the aisle.
I want to be clear: I’m not loyal to any political party. I’m not loyal to any man. I’m loyal to God and to the truth. And the truth is that the Fourth Amendment is being stomped on right now, in real time, and most Americans are too distracted to notice.
