Wimpy Cops Just did THIS to a Mom in FRONT of Her Child!

I have said it many times. When you are in the presence of a ego-driven psychotic law enforcer your life hangs by a thread! They believe that they have the authority to make your life miserable. They basically want you to be all sympathetic and apologize for whatever they are accusing you of doing.

The best practice when being pulled over and you are approached by such a “thin skinned” bully is to hand them your license, registration, and proof of insurance. Once you do that, then SHUT YOUR MOUTH! If they ask you where you are headed respond with “I don’t answer questions without a lawyer”. If they tell you to get out of your vehicle, then get out and still keep your mouth shut! Advise the cop that you are invoking your 5th Amendment right to be silent. Every question from then on should be met with SILENCE!

In this video Brian, from “Here’s The Deal”, shows us how deputy Harker with the Baldwin County sheriff’s dept in Georgia chose to escalate a situation that didn’t have to go the way it went. You can tell, right from the start, the type of ego driven mentality that deputy Harker has. The mom, in this video, did not help herself by not realizing what kind of psychopath she was dealing with and she should have been more tactful in her responses to him.

I did some digging around on deputy Joseph Harker and found out that “karma” did kind of come back around to him. It also shows some of his past issues at another department.

‘I don’t care’ | Lieutenant resigns after comments on fight during Baldwin County arrest

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — A Baldwin County lieutenant has resigned after comments he made about a fight between a man and another deputy were captured on body camera video.

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed with WGXA the resignation of Lieutenant Chance Rogers.

WGXA obtained the body camera footage in early August, which shows Deputy Joseph Harker trying to arrest Calvin Brown for trespassing at a gas station. Brown tried to run, and that’s when Harker grabbed him, and the fight began.

Harker was seen punching Brown repeatedly, but said he did so after Brown bit and choked him.

After the fight, Rogers arrived on the scene and spoke with Harker, which was captured on body camera footage.

Harker: “I punched him in the face about eight times.”

Rogers: “I don’t care.”

Harker: “So I’m just letting you know.”

Rogers: ” I don’t care if you punched him, kicked him, choked him out.”

Harker: “Well, he put his hands around my neck and started to squeeze when those two came up.”

The sheriff’s office added that Deputy Harker is still on administrative leave with pay while the GBI continues to investigate the incident.

GBI investigates after bodycam shows Baldwin deputy’s fight with man before felony arrest

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — Newly obtained body camera video is revealing new details about a Baldwin County deputy striking a man before arresting him on multiple felony charges on Monday.

A 12-second video with over 27,000 views circulating on social media showed a law enforcement officer straddling a man on the ground, repeatedly punching him in a struggle.

Baldwin County Sheriff Bill Massee confirmed with WGXA that the incident involved one of his deputies and later released a roughly 13-minute body camera video showing the altercation on Tuesday.

The altercation occurred just before 10:00 p.m. at the Texaco gas station on Vinson Highway in Milledgeville, where Deputy Joseph Harker responded to reports of a man trespassing, according to an initial incident report WGXA obtained Tuesday.

At the scene, the deputy was approached by 58-year-old Calvin Brown, who willingly shared his personal information.

The deputy wrote that after confirming through dispatch that Brown had previously been cited for trespassing on the property, he informed him he was under arrest.

Body camera video shows that Brown approached the deputy to explain that he was riding in a car with another man when it shut off, so they stopped at the gas station to try and fix the car.

Harker said, “Calvin, you know you are not supposed to be on the property, right?”

“I’m in the car with him,” Brown responded.

“But you’re not supposed to be on this property,” Harker said.

“But see, I’m helping him fix the car, sir,” said Brown.

“Yeah, but you are not supposed to be here,” Harker responded. “You got to come with me.”

“I was in the car with him. He gave me a ride, sir,” Brown said. “This man gave me a ride in his car, man, and the car tore up.”

As the back and forth continued, Harker explained to Brown, “There’s two ways this is going to go. We are going to do this peacefully and calmly… there’s two ways: peacefully or not peacefully. Do you want to do this peacefully?”

Brown said he was “doing it peacefully” and once again explained the situation and asked the deputy, ” They didn’t say I couldn’t ride in nobody’s car? So I can’t ride with nobody in the car?’

“Riding with somebody in the car is fine, but you can’t come to this property”

“I can’t tell him not to go to the store?”

“You can tell him you are not supposed to be on this property.”

That’s when the 58-year-old allegedly told the deputy he was not going and attempted to flee on foot.

However, Deputy Harker wrote he was able to grab the back of Brown’s shirt, pull him to the ground and mount his back, which aligns with the body camera video.

The deputy reports that as he was on top of Brown’s back, the man attempted to stand up from underneath him, although he gave “clear commands” to “stop fighting.”

However, the deputy can be heard saying, “Give me your hands,” in the body camera video.

Brown then rolled from under the deputy, causing him to fall on his back, but he continued to hold Brown with his legs while he attempted to regain control of the situation, per the report. The deputy wrote that’s when Brown bit him – not breaking skin- on his left arm, but this is not clear in the body camera video.

He also noted that he informed dispatch that he was in a “physical altercation.”

Harker wrote he continued to tell Brown to stop fighting, giving “reinforced commands” that he would be “subjected to strikes to the face to gain compliance if he did not,” per the report. Brown then reportedly rolled over once again, bringing the deputy on top of him.

At that point in the video, the deputy’s commands can not be clearly heard. Then, as Brown is under the deputy attempting to push him off, the deputy can be seen throwing punches at Brown.

“Calvin continued to actively resist, resulting to me delivering several closed hand strikes to his face in an attempt to gain compliance and affect an arrest,” Deputy Harker wrote in the report.

Brown can be heard saying, “What you hit me for? I ain’t hit you, man!”

Deputy Harker responds by repeatedly saying, “Turn over!”

Blood can be seen pooling in Brown’s mouth when he seemingly says, “That’s violent, man! You ain’t had to beat me motherf*cker! I ain’t touch you man!”

Shortly after, Brown rolled once more, which allowed him to then straddle the deputy as the altercation continued.

The deputy can be heard saying, “No, come on!” as Brown straddles him.

The deputy wrote he began to defend himself while on his back as he avoided being struck in the face by Brown, who was attempting to punch him.

The video does show Brown on top of the deputy seemingly saying, ” I’ll beat you,” throwing a punch that the deputy blocks.

That’s when Deputy Harker said he saw people watching in the background and shouted for help “in fear” for his safety, with one bystander refusing to help as he was “actively recording” the situation on his phone.

While that bystander cannot be seen in the video, the deputy can be heard calling for help multiple times.

Brown then reportedly placed his left hand on the deputy’s neck and began to squeeze – choking the deupty, who described how he could ” feel the pressure begin to obstruct blood flow’ and restrict his breathing in the report.

The deputy can then be heard again shouting for help, saying, “Help! He’s choking me, he’s choking me,” while Brown says, “This man jumped me.” This prompts two bystanders to run up and pull Brown off of Harker.

The deputy said Brown struck him in the chest one last time as he was being pulled away, with the bystanders restraining him, pleading with him to stop fighting, which aligns with the body camera video.

Once gaining composure, Deputy Harker wrote he pulled Brown back to the ground once more and tased him in his lower abdomen.

However, the video shows the two bystanders holding Brown to the ground as the deputy tases him.

According to the incident report, more deputies arrived at the scene to assist, and Brown, who was confirmed to be unarmed, was placed under arrest and taken to the Baldwin County Jail, which is corroborated in the remainder of the body camera video.

Harker was treated for minor injuries by EMS, and when approached by other deputies inquiring about what happened, Harker says, ” I punched him in the face like eight times.”

Brown was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer, obstruction of officers and criminal trespass, according to the report.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed that it is now investigating the case at the request of the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
