I have said it many times on this website. Order followers cannot think for themselves. They lack conscience. They use the excuse “I was just doing my job”. They actually prefer loyal obedience over willful forethought. Whether it be a law enforcer, soldier, or a private person, the ones that give up all critical thinking and blindly follow orders are the reason that the world is in the shape it’s in.
