In this world we live in there are people that think that a badge and a gun make them immune to the consequences of their actions. The tyrant showcased in this video is Sergeant Ratcliffe of the Sacramento Police Department.
This kid went and bought a ton of food, cooked it, and set up a feeding table for the homeless. While feeding the homeless, Ratcliffe responds to a call nearby and decides to come to the table and makes the kid stop feeding the people!
There is a special place in hell for tyrants like this. How does Ratcliffe sleep at night? He probably sleeps very well, because psychopaths don’t lose any sleep over what they do to other peoples lives.
